Shipping policy
Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer free shipping on all orders over $249. For orders under $249, shipping is calculated based on your location:
- Orders up to $99: $10
- Orders $99 – $168.99: $20
- Orders $169 – $248.99: $40
- Orders $249 and over: FREE
Estimated delivery times vary by state:
- VIC: 1–2 business days
- ACT / NSW / SA: 2–3 business days
- QLD: 4–5 business days
- WA / NT / TAS: 4–7 business days
New Zealand Shipping
$50 AUD flat rate via Air Express, delivered within 3–6 business days from dispatch.
Please note: Orders over $1,000 NZD may incur a 15% GST and duty charge on delivery. Orders under $1,000 NZD are generally duty-free.
International Shipping
Funsquare ships internationally to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International orders are shipped via Air Express and are usually delivered within 1–5 business days from dispatch.
Please note: Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping fee and may need to be paid to the courier upon delivery. These charges vary by country, so please check your local regulations before ordering. If you are unsure whether your order will incur duty, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@funsquare.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Happiness Guarantee
Australian Orders
For orders within Australia, we accept returns or exchanges for up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is returned in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. This policy does not cover accidental damage or staining of the fabric or foam.
Any exchanges are subject to the availability of replacement colours and may be subject to additional shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the items are received by us.
The 30-day trial period applies only to your first order. If you would like to start a returns process, email us at hello@funsquare.com.au and we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return your order. Items sent without first commencing the returns process may not be accepted.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the 30-day happiness guarantee for customers outside of Australia at this time.
Warranty & Peace of Mind
We want you to feel confident in your Funsquare purchase. Once your 30-day trial period ends, your warranty coverage begins based on the product type:
- Play Couches, Crash Pads & Cloud Pods: Covered by an Extended 3-Year Warranty for total peace of mind.
- All Other Products: Covered by a standard 1-Year Warranty.
Important Note on Foam: Foam products may naturally soften by up to 10% of their original firmness over time. This is a normal characteristic of the material and is not covered under warranty.
What is not covered? Regardless of the product type, our warranty does not cover:
- Change of mind
- Damage arising from abnormal use, abuse, or general wear and tear
- Odours, or soiled/stained fabric or foam
How to Make a Claim: To assess warranty issues, please email clear photos of the issue to hello@funsquare.com.au. We will provide instructions if further photos or details are required. Please note that claims cannot be processed until the necessary photos and details have been submitted. Once your claim is accepted, we will replace or repair the affected fabric and/or foam.
Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@funsquare.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and are committed to working towards a satisfactory solution.
